Born in 1974 in Toronto, Brad Phillips lives and works in Vancouver. He studied at Ontario College of Art & Design University and was a finalist in the 2004 RBC Canadian Painting Competition. He is represented by Macaulay & Co. Fine Art, Vancouver.
